- Largest Service Center in Southeastern Michigan , ICS services all makes and models, from hip vacuums to ride-on, industrial sweepers/scrubbers. Our technicians are equipped with vans for on-site repair or transporting your machine to our service center in Waterford.
- Largest parts inventory in the area, offering OEM, generic and used parts and accessories. Inventory is turned daily and wear items are stocked.

- Planned Maintenance Programs extend the useful life of your machines, eliminate costly emergency repairs and help to maintain your productivity. Our Programs are customized to your needs and your machines.
- Equipment Maintenance Training is available for your staff. We offer group in-service, MSBO Certified, and one-on-one training with key staff. ICS can design a program to reduce your equipment maintenance costs.
- Equipment Rentals are available with our fleet of machines, from back packs to ride-on scrubbers, you need it, we rent it. We have programs for daily, weekly and monthly rentals.
- No-charge loaner packages are available for machines purchased from ICS. Should your machine need to come into our Service Center during the warranty period, we will provide a loaner so you have no loss of productivity.
